Who we are

Two Perspectives. One Goal

Amanda Stevens, NHSA

Co-Founder & Director of Safety Services

Amanda Stevens brings over a decade of experience in occupational health and safety administration, compliance, and safety data analysis. Beginning her career supporting residential construction before expanding into the civil and commercial construction sectors, she has spent the past 10 years helping organizations build practical safety programs and strengthen their safety culture. Her dedication to the profession led to earning the National Health & Safety Administrator (NHSA) designation.

Working closely with companies across the construction industry has given Amanda a unique understanding of the challenges employers face in developing safety programs that are both compliant and practical. She believes safety documentation should support the work being done in the field, not simply fill a binder.

Safety is also deeply personal to Amanda. With her husband, Chris, and their two sons all working in the trades, she understands the importance of every worker returning home safely at the end of the day. That perspective drives her commitment to helping businesses create safer workplaces for their employees and their families.

Chris Stevens, NCSO, RSE

Co-Founder & Director of Field Operations

Chris Stevens brings nearly 10 years of hands-on experience as a journeyperson plumber working in both residential and commercial construction. Having spent his career on jobsites, he understands the realities of the trades and the challenges workers and employers face every day.

Early in his career, Chris was involved in a serious workplace incident after being placed in an unsafe situation. That experience profoundly shaped his perspective on workplace safety and reinforced the importance of speaking up, recognizing hazards, and never becoming complacent. It inspired a lifelong commitment to helping ensure others don't experience the same preventable risks.

Driven by that passion, Chris earned his National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) designation to work directly with businesses to improve workplace safety through practical site inspections, hazard identification, and effective safety programs.

With firsthand construction experience and professional safety expertise, Chris takes a practical, field-focused approach to helping businesses build safer workplaces and stronger safety cultures.

Together we bring strong experiences in both administration and on-site safety making us the perfect team for you. We look forward to meeting you!
